Founded in 2024 by Dawn Whitmore, Ladder House Editing is a Maryland-based editing and archiving studio specialized in nature, conservation and contemporary art.

I work with clients to edit, refine and organize visual assets, providing editorial feedback for impact driven projects. With 20 years of experience in publishing, non-profit conservation as well as a lifelong career as a working artist, I provide well-informed guidance on creative projects from concept to execution.

This broad background allows me to support with licensing/rights management as well as provide guidance for DAM development and curation as needed.
